Member.buzz is a web-based platform that allows you to create a Space; a customizable website used to create content and organize your Members.
As the Organizer of your own Space, you will have full control of your Content and Members. If you want to learn more about the Member.buzz experience from the perspective of your Members, see our Member Support Documentation.
Creating a Space
A new Space can be created by navigating to the following URL:
If you are not already logged in, you will first be asked to enter information about your new account:
- Name
- Your real name.
- Username
- Your username.
- Your email address.
- Password
- A secure password.
Next, you will be asked to enter some basic information about your new site:
- Space Name
- The name of your Space. This will show up throughout your site in your Navigation Bar as well as in search results.
- Space Address
- The initial address of your site. Every Member.buzz Space comes with a free, secure URL. A custom domain can optionally be setup later (See Mapping a Custom Domain).
- Space Description
- The description of your site. This will show up in search results.
Logging into your Space
Each Member.buzz Space has its own web address or URL. You will need to navigate to your Space's URL to sign in and access your Dashboard, not the Member.buzz homepage. When you first create your Space the URL will be the name of your Space followed by .member.buzz, for example if the name of your space is Penguin Club your web address could be as follows:
