Space

| Space | Your space is similar to a personalized website for your Org. By creating a space and editing/adding content, you create a unique platform that shows the world what you are working on. |
Dashboard
The Dashboard allows you to manage your Space.

| Account Dashboard | Provides the overview of your space's activities, from ticket sales to revenue. It additionally provides information about your account type and specific roles you have within a space. | |
| Profile Dashboard | The profiles tab of your dashboard will showcase personal information about you personally. You can add other social links for people to view, a personal summary, relationship status, and more. | |

| This contains all of the Content Dashboards. | ||
| Article Dashboard | The article tab of your dashboard is where you and any approved members can publish articles to display in your public space. | |
| Auction Dashboard | The auction tab of your dashboard is where you can auction off anything that you want, and hold the auction within your own space. This is also convenient because you can copy and paste the link to your auction, and post it on social media. | |
Events Dashboard | The event tab of your dashboard is where you can add/edit all events you want to display in your space. | |
| Expenses Dashboard | The expenses tab of your dashboard will show all costs associated with members, so they may get reimbursed accordingly. | |
| Fundraisers Dashboard | The fundraiser's tab of your dashboard is where you can hold any type of fundraising event in your space. This is exceptionally beneficial for member-based organizations because they now have a single tab and link to promote online fundraising. | |
| Invoices Dashboard | The invoice tab of your dashboard will showcase all costs associated with your space. | |
| Memberships Dashboard | The membership tab of your dashboard will provide a list of what type of membership members have (paid, unpaid, alumnus, etc.). | |
| Newsletters Dashboard | The newsletter tab of your dashboard will be used to provide up-to-date information about your organization to your members. | |
| Spaces Dashboard | The spaces tab of your dashboard is where you can manage all of the different spaces you have with your account (personal blog, club, business, non-profit, etc.) | |

| This contains all of the People Dashboards. | ||
| Contacts Dashboard | The contacts tab of your dashboard will show all of the contact information for your members, and any non-members who want to receive information about your organization. | |
| Members Dashboard | The member's tab of your dashboard will show all of the members within your organization. | |

| Files Dashboard | The files tab within your dashboard shows you all the files you have uploaded to your space. | |
| Payments Dashboard | The payments tab of your dashboard shows you all of the payments made by members, raised from fundraisers and auctions, and any disputed charges. Once you add a bank account, you can withdrawal all of the money form your space, into your personal or business account. | |
| Recycle Dashboard | The recycle tab of your dashboard allows you to recover any and all files you may have accidentally deleted. | |

| Design | The Designer is where you will input and edit any and all content for your space. | |
| Setup Dashboard | ||
| Setup | The Setup tab on your dashboard is used to set up the basic properties of your site and to enable or disable modules. | |
Payments Dashboard Key Terms

| Pending | After a transaction occurs, organizations will have to wait 2 business days until they can transfer it into their bank account. | |
Available | After a transaction has successfully gone through and has gone beyond 2 business days, then a space's administrator can transfer the funds into their respective bank account. | |

| The transactions tab displays all the successful transactions that have gone through your space: ranging from membership fees, fundraising, events, etc. | ||

| The disputes tab displays any financial disputes one had with your space: from being charged multiple times, to unsuccessful transactions. | ||
