Status Types

A Member.buzz Account allows you to login and interact with any Space using our Platform. Your status will change depending on your relationship with a Space.

Visitor	A visitor is an unknown person who comes to your Space.
User	A User is someone who has signed into your Space but has not yet chosen a Membership.
Member	Members are Users who have registered for a specific Membership and can be assigned specific Capabilities to access content.
Organizer	Organizers have full administrative access to everything on a Space.

Post Types

There are a variety of Content Post Types available on our platformMember.buzz. Each one has a section in your Space's Dashboard.

Your Dashboard is used to add Content to your Space and manage your Members:

Article

The article tab of your dashboard is where you and any approved members can publish articles to display in your public space.

Event

The event tab of your dashboard is where you can add/edit all events you want to display in your space.

Invoice

Articles allows you to create a blog post to share with the public or specific Members within your group.
Event	With an Event Post, you can promote live and digital events, sell tickets to members, upload photos, check-in guests and more. .. + community
Form	You can create customizable Forms to gather information from your Members.
Fundraiser	A Fundraiser allows you to collect donations for specific causes important to your Organization or raise funds via crowdfunding.
Membership	Memberships are offered to Members, allowing them to join your Space.
Newsletters	A Newsletter is an email distribution sent to your Members or a group of contacts.
Invoice	Invoices offers Organizers the ability to request a payment from someone.

Roles and Permissions

Space Organizers have full control over everything in their Space. However, individual Members can also be given control of a content instance Content Instance or an entire content moduleContent Module.

Event Dashboard

Dashboard The invoice tab of your dashboard will showcase all costs associated with your space.Membership Dashboard The membership tab of your dashboard will provide a list of what type of membership members have (paid, unpaid, alumnus, etc.).People SectionThis contains all of the People Dashboards.Contacts DashboardThe contacts tab of your dashboard will show all of the contact information for your members, and any non-members who want to receive information about your organization.Members DashboardThe member's tab of your dashboard will show all of the members within your organization.Manage SectionFiles DashboardThe files tab within your dashboard shows you all the files you have uploaded to your space.Payments Dashboard The payments tab of your dashboard shows you all of the payments made by members, raised from fundraisers and auctions, and any disputed charges. Once you add a bank account, you can withdrawal all of the money form your space, into your personal or business account.Recycle DashboardThe recycle tab of your dashboard allows you to recover any and all files you may have accidentally deleted.Design Dashboard DesignThe Designer is where you will input and edit any and all content for your space.Setup Dashboard SetupThe Setup tab on your dashboard is used to set up the basic properties of your site and to enable or disable modules.
