The File Dashboard can be used to manage all of the files associated with your Space. You can find your file dashboard here:
https://yourgroup.member.buzz/dashboard/files
To upload to a file, navigate to your File Dashboard and drag a file into your File Explorer:
To get a direct URL to an uploaded file, right click the file and select Copy Address:
You can insert a link to your file on a page or, if it is a video or picture, you can insert it directly into the designer:
